What you will do

  • Be responsible for direct sales of residential units in large format high-end residential townships.
  • Lead a high performance team of executives and assistant managers while achieving sales targets

  • Post graduate/Graduate degree with 6 to 8 years of experience and a track record of delivering desired results while leading high performance teams.

Deputy Managers & Asst. Managers

What you will do

  • Be responsible for Selling of residential units and commercial spaces in large format residential townships and mixed used developments.
  • Lead a high performance team of executives and assistant managers while achieving sales targets.
  • Work closely with management in formulating timely sales strategies.

What you should possess.

  • Post graduate/Graduate degree with 6 to 8 years of experience and a track record of delivering desired results while leading high performance teams.

Asst. Mangers & Executives - Sales (M/F)

What you will do

  • Be responsible for direct sales of residential units in large format high-end residential townships.
  • Be responsible for Leasing of commercial offices and retail mall spaces.
  • Be responsible for Achieving monthly sales targets.

What you should possess

  • Post graduate/Graduate degree with 2 to 5 years of proven experience in selling residential/commercial properties and leasing out commercial offices & retail spaces.
  • Resourcefulness and confidence coupled with the thirst to work in a challenging environment.

Deputy Manager - Corporate Communications

What you will do

  • Execute periodical integrated branding and promotional campaigns for specific projects and corporates to ensure maximum brand visibility and brand pull.
  • Effective, proactive and timely co-ordination with external agencies for generating sales promotional material.
  • Execute suitable campaign mix within approved promotional budgets

What you should possess

  • Post graduate/Graduate degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Advertising /MR/PR/Event management with exposure to media buying and selling.

Telemarketing Executives/Team Leaders (F)

What you should possess

  • Graduate degree with 2 to 4 years of outbound telecalling experience.
  • Pleasing personality and ability to convince customers over phone.
  • Willingness to achieve designated quantum of calls and site visit targets.
  • Candidates with prior working experience in real estate sector will be preferred.

CRM Executive (F)

What you will do

  • Post-sales documentation.
  • Regular follow-up for the payment with the customers.

What you should possess

  • Graduate degree in any stream.
  • Candidates with prior working experience of 1-2 yrs. in real estate sector will be preferred.

General Manager - Planning & Quantity Surveying

What you will do

  • Quantity surveying, cost estimation & project scheduling.
  • Resource planning, contract finalization and tender documentation.
  • Good knowledge of the latest materials & technologies including form work, construction machinery, resource utilization, project progress evaluation & resolving the areas of bottle necks etc.

What you should possess

  • BE (Civil) with 15-20 yrs experience in planning of all activities in the construction of residential and commercial buildings.

General Manager - Quality & Safety

What you should possess

  • BE (Civil) with 15-20 yrs experience in quality control and safety in the construction of high-rise residential and commercial buildings
  • Good knowledge of the latest techniques, codes (Indian and foreign) etc., is essential.

General Manager - Constructions

What you should possess

  • BE (Civil) with 15-20 yrs experience in quality control and safety in the construction of high-rise residential and commercial buildings
  • Should have good knowledge of all MEP services, latest construction practices, installation of construction machinery, and preparation of maintenance manuals and method statement of works
  • Should have a proven track record of achieving targets as per schedule duly maintaining quality, cost and timelines and guiding the execution team to meet deadlines.

Project Managers

What you should possess

  • BE (Civil) with 15+yrs experience overall and a min of 8-10 yrs in the construction of hi-rise buildings – Residential / Commercial / Multiplex.
  • Good knowledge of the latest construction techniques and a proven track record of leadership – in handling a team of engineers and meeting the deadlines are essential.

Deputy Project Managers

What you should possess

  • BE (Civil) with 12+ yrs experience overall and a min of 5-8 yrs in the construction of hi-rise buildings – Residential / Commercial / Multiplex.
  • Good knowledge of the latest construction techniques and a proven track record of leadership in handling a team of engineers and meeting the deadlines are essential.

Sr. Site Engineers

What you should possess

  • BE (Civil) with 10+ yrs experience overall and a min of 3-5 yrs in the construction of hi-rise buildings – Residential / Commercial / Multiplex.
