What you will do
» Be responsible for direct sales of residential units in large format high-end residential townships
» Lead a high performance team of executives and assistant managers while achieving sales targets
» Work closely with management in formulating timely sales strategies
What you should possess
» Post graduate/Graduate degree with 6 to 8 years of experience and a track record of delivering desired results while leading high performance teams
» Innovative bent of mind, foresight, drive for target-achievement and excellent communication skills

What you will do
» Successfully plan and execute corporate/ institutional promotions
» Be responsible for achieving sale of residential units to employees in corporate houses, PSUs, IT, Pharma & Biotech companies and Government institutions
» Also be responsible for residential units, sale of office spaces, shops and showrooms to institutional investors and HNIs
What you should possess
» Post graduate/Graduate degree with 4 to 6 years’ sales experience, particularly in dealing with corporates and HNIs
» Dynamic attitude and mental agility with excellent presentation and communication skills
» Successful track record of excelling in similar assignments
* Candidates from real estate, hospitality & BFSI sectors will have an edge
Asst. Mangers & Executives - Sales (M/F)
What you will do
Be responsible for
» Selling of residential units and commercial spaces in large format residential townships and mixed used developments
» Leasing of commercial offices and retail mall spaces
» Achieving monthly sales targets
What you should possess
» Post graduate/Graduate degree with 2 to 5 years of proven experience in selling residential/commercial properties and leasing out commercial offices & retail spaces
» Resourcefulness and confidence coupled with the thirst to work in a challenging environment
Deputy Manager - Corporate Communications
What you will do
» Execute periodical integrated branding and promotional campaigns for specific projects and corporates to ensure maximum brand visibility and brand pull
» Effective, proactive and timely co-ordination with external agencies for generating sales promotional material
» Execute suitable campaign mix within approved promotional budgets
What you should possess
» Post graduate/Graduate degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Advertising /MR/PR/Event management with exposure to media buying and selling

» BE (Civil) with 15-20 yrs experience in quality control and safety in the construction of high-rise residential and commercial buildings
»Good knowledge of the latest techniques, codes (Indian and foreign) etc., is essential.
General Manager – Constructions
What you should possess
»BE (Civil) with 15-20 yrs experience in the execution of medium and high-rise residential and commercial buildings, from start to finish
»Should have good knowledge of all MEP services, latest construction practices, installation of construction machinery, and preparation of maintenance manuals and method statement of works
»Should have a proven track record of achieving targets as per schedule duly maintaining quality, cost and timelines and guiding the execution team to meet deadlines.

»BE (Civil) with 15+yrs experience overall and a min of 8-10 yrs in the construction of hi-rise buildings – Residential / Commercial / Multiplex
