Building Management Services
The company shall maintain all the buildings constructed by the company for a maximum period of 5 years till the residents association is in a position to do its maintenance on its own.
The services would include

- Plumbing & Sanitary
- Electrical works
- Security
- House Keeping, etc
All the services are chargeable depending on the services on case-to-case basis.
Maintenance for the first 5 years
The Company shall undertake the maintenance of the projects developed by it for an initial period of two to five years depending on the clients requirements from the date of completion of construction to ensure best facilities and maintenance of the occupants.
