Mr. Vivekanand was appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Board of MCL with effect from 29-06-2020. He is a Graduate in Civil Engineering from Osmania University and has completed his Masters in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey, USA. He is instrumental in bringing best practices into the Company for next level of growth.
Ms. G Veena was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on Board of MCL with effect 28-01-2019. She is a Graduate in Bachelor of Business Administration from Amity Global Business School, Hyderabad and completed M. Sc from New York University, New York, USA. She has demonstrated the organizational skills required for streamlining complex marketing processes for improved opportunities.
Mr. K Krishna Murty is appointed as an Independent Director on Board of the Company. He is a Graduate in Engineering from Andhra University and a gold medalist for standing first in all 4 years study, M. Tech (Structures), IIT, Kharagpur. He has over 50 years of experience as an Engineering Consultant. He is instrumental in bringing best practices and expertise into the Company.
Mr. D L S Sreshti holds the office of Independent Director of the Company. He is a Post Graduate in Commerce and FCMA. He has over 42 years of rich experience in the field of finance, accounts, costing and commercials
Mr. Sudhakar Gande was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company on 29-06-2020. He has a B.E. (Electronics & Communication) from the College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad, an M. Tech (Electronics & Computers) from the IIT, Delhi and an MBA in Finance from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University. He has over three decades of experience in the areas of Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy, General Management and Technology Entrepreneurship.
